What is your return policy for canvas and photo products?
Each canvas and print is custom made to order, so all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Can I return or exchange my canvas if I change my mind?
Because each piece is custom printed just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defects. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.
What should I do if my canvas arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, please email us at slaughterhausphoto@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Attach clear photos of the issue and the packaging. We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund.
How long do I have to report a problem with my order?
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if there are any issues. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Do you accept returns for custom or personalized orders?
Custom and personalized orders (including custom sizes or edits) are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Who pays for return shipping on damaged items?
If a return is necessary, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or incorrect items. We’ll provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label if needed.
How long does it take to receive a replacement or refund?
Once your claim is approved, replacements are typically shipped within 7–10 business days. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.
